As a Clinical Research professional, you will direct clinical studies to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and staff are trained, and project objectives are met.  You will work with senior leadership in formulating effective strategic goals and objectives for designated team and clients and ensure operational alignment with organization priorities.

• Design clinical research studies of varying methods, encompassing RCTs and RWE/observational research
• Create study documents, including research summaries, protocols, and questionnaires
• Manage multiple research projects and research sites
• Manage project related challenges and to achieve exemplary customer service
• Review written materials, solicit internal and external customer feedback, and review project assignment completion
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients, while serving as a client liaison in day-to-day relationship governance
• Assist with corporate or organizational quality or process improvement initiatives
• Create SOPs and research reports
• Train other staff and manage teams, as needed
• Create abstracts, posters, manuscripts

• A minimum of a graduate degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred
• 7+ years of experience in any of the following areas: clinical trial operations, observational registry operations, survey research
• Knowledge of clinical research financial parameters and project financial tracking and accounting methods
• Advanced knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP and ICH guidelines)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
• A motivated self-starter, with a track record of success in past roles
