As a Research Consultant, you will be tasked with managing various primary and secondary research initiatives globally, supporting Pharma/Biotech and other industry partners. The position will be remote, based in Germany.

• Manage and execute primary research initiatives, including RWE/observational research, public health initiatives, and market research
• Create study documents, including research protocols and questionnaires and facilitate ethics reviews
• Manage study sites/centers on a day-to-day basis, including site on-boarding, training, and remote site management in D-A-CH region
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients and research centers
• Conduct literature reviews on various scientific and business topics
• Create research reports and other documents in PPT and MS Word formats
• Create abstracts, posters, manuscripts

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree with a focus in epidemiology, health services research, public health, health economics, health policy, pharmacy, healthcare administration, or similar
• 1-3 years of prior research experience
• Proficient in project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical or business writing skills
• Familiar with various scientific research designs
• Familiar with scientific literature search/evaluations
• Data analytic skills
