As a Research Associate, you will be tasked with managing various research projects globally, supporting Pharma/Biotech and other industry partners. The position will be remote, based in Spain or Germany.

• Manage assigned research projects
• Create study documents, including research protocols and questionnaires and facilitate ethics reviews
• Manage study sites/centers on a day-to-day basis, including site onboarding, training, and remote site management in assigned region
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients and research centers
• Create research reports and other documents in PPT and MS Word format

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree with a focus in a relevant scientific discipline
• 0-1 years of prior research experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong writing skills
• Good project management skills
• Data analytic skills
